We had a cosy bedroom. Its convenient decor with a lovely view of the garden was a nice surprise. Unbeatable very central location adjacent to everything, the beach, shops, arcades, restaurants and public houses as well as both the seafront.

Nothing too much trouble with the hotel! All is fantastic, I had a nice trip. The location is particularly good and they have parking onsite.

The breakfast offered is quite good, with a nice selection of meals to choose from. The guest house is situated in a lovely area, very centrally located with easy access to nearby Louth, Skegness, Cleethorpes, and the town center. The staff is very attentive and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to the center and other areas like Louth, Skegness, Cleethorpes, and the seafront. I explored the London Transport Museum, which is set close to the guest house. the room was big and had a private bathroom.
